Delivery and pickup within Athens and up to 15 km from the city center are included in all packages. For locations beyond that, any additional delivery fee will depend on the distance and the package selected.
We need a standard 220V power outlet, a flat stable surface, shade for outdoor summer events, access to a refrigerator, and nearby water. We work indoors and outdoors, but for food safety and smooth service, these conditions are important, especially in warm weather.
We typically need 30–45 minutes to set up before your event and around 20–30 minutes to pack down and clear the space after. We'll agree on exact arrival and finish times when confirming your booking.

We source fresh ingredients and prep equipment to order for every event — 14 days lets us guarantee everything is perfect. Summer slots fill up fast, so the earlier the better!
Yes, changes can be made up to 3–4 days before your event. Just get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate. Changes requested within the last few days may not always be possible, depending on availability and prep requirements.

Our D and V shaped makers are designed for adult parties like hen dos, bachelorettes, and birthday celebrations. The Heart maker is perfect for weddings, anniversaries, and any romantic occasion. We'll help you pick the right vibe!
Our standard waffle batter contains gluten, eggs, and dairy, so we're not able to offer gluten-free waffles at the moment. We can offer vegetarian options, and we kindly ask that you let us know about any dietary requirements when booking so we can advise you on the best options.
