• Reservations require at least 2 weeks' notice.
• Delivery and pickup included in Athens.
• Extra charges may apply for locations outside central Athens.
• Contact us for custom requirements or larger events.

By booking with The Waffle Bar Athens, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Cancellation

All bookings require a minimum of 14 days advance notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

2. Equipment Care

The renter is responsible for the proper use and care of all rented equipment. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and pickup are included within central Athens. Additional charges apply for locations outside the city center. Setup and pickup times will be confirmed upon booking.

4. Liability

The Waffle Bar Athens is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages arising from the use of the equipment. The renter assumes full responsibility during the rental period.

This option is designed for your specific occasion. We're flexible with toppings, batter amount, the number of waffle makers, service setup, and even location. Tell us what kind of event you have in mind, and we'll put together a custom offer.
